Job Description

We are hiring medical pharmacy sales executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Rolls & Responsibilities:

* Product Knowledge: Understanding and effectively communicating the benefits and uses of pharmaceutical products, including their indications, side effects, and contraindications.

* Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. This might involve regular visits, follow-ups, and providing support and information about products.

*Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This can include planning sales calls, organizing promotional events, and managing sales territories.

* Market Research: Gathering and analyzing market information to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive products. This helps in tailoring sales approaches and strategies.

* Training and Support: Providing training and support to healthcare professionals on the use of new products and updates on existing ones.

* Compliance: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes maintaining accurate records and adhering to ethical practices.

* Reporting: Keeping track of sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and reporting these to management to inform business decisions.
