Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Management:

    • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
  • Office Administration:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including organizing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Report Management:
    • Collect, compile, and manage daily reports from staff members.
    • Prepare and distribute consolidated reports to relevant departments or management.
  • General Support:
    • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.
