Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, and networking.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct site visits with clients to showcase available properties.
  2. Sales Activities:
    • Promote and sell JMJ Housing’s residential and commercial properties.
    • Meet sales targets set by the management.
    • Educate customers on property features, pricing, and financing options.
  3. Market Research:
    • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for improving strategies.
  4. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Assist clients with documentation and registration processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
    • Support other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
    • Basic understanding of property laws and real estate market trends.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
    • Fluency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
