Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Client Collaboration:
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and organizational culture to find the best-suited candidates.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates during the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Processes:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, initial screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Campus and Freshers Recruitment:
- Partner with educational institutions for campus hiring initiatives and drive freshers’ recruitment campaigns.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and legal standards.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT hiring and technical roles is a plus.
