Job Description
- Location: India/UAE
- Type: Freshers are welcome (Experience is an added advantage)
- Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹13,000 per month + incentives
- Shift: Day Shift
Role Description:
As an E-commerce Executive, you will support our online marketplace operations, including product management, order processing, and performance analysis. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring products are well-represented and reach maximum visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:
- Assist in listing and updating products on Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, Talabat, and other platforms.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Monitor and process customer orders for timely delivery.
- Resolve any shipping or delivery issues with logistics teams.
- Inventory Coordination:
- Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Resolve discrepancies between inventory and listings.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze sales, customer feedback, and platform metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Generate reports on product performance and campaigns.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer queries, complaints, and return requests.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Support in creating promotional campaigns and managing discounts.
- Collaborate on strategies for boosting product visibility and sales.
Qualifications:
- Recent degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, Talabat).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and capable of working under deadlines.
