Job Description

City Home Care is looking for experienced Caregivers and Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate home care services in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist elderly patients and post-surgery individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and manage basic medical care when needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene for patients, including changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
  • Support patients in rehabilitation exercises and ensure their safety during movement.
  • Keep accurate records of patient health, progress, and any changes in condition, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate assistance when required.
