Swamy Fleet is technical services company providing skilled developers to companies in the UK. Swamy Fleet specializes in API integration development, Human Resource (HR) Platform technical consulting and AI data labelling tasks.
About the Position
Swamy Fleet is seeking a full-time Integration Specialist to join the development team to work for a UK partner specialising in AI Human Resources technology. As an Integration Specialist, you will be an expert on API development, partner solution implementation, and HR platforms. You’ll be a key figure in delivering partner solutions through the development of API integrations into ATSs, CRMs and HCMs (such as Workday, Oracle HCM and SmartRecruiters) in collaboration with numerous internal teams, partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of new integrations through the entire development lifecycle, including scoping, designing, configuring, testing, deployment, and maintenance, using dotnet (C#)
- Meet with the partnerships team and management to scope out new integrations and validate the viability of partner API documentation
- Work with sales, customer success and partnership teams to interpret customer requirements
- Create new features in collaboration with stakeholders to improve current and new integrations
- Meet with partners and customers to provide technical expertise on Partner API integrations
- Develop integration guides and best practices to accelerate customer implementation
- Maintain integration configuration and support documentation as integrations are changed, developed, or repurposed
- Liaise with customer success managers and customers to help resolve issues and ensure service level agreements are kept
- Collaborate with the front-end team on adding new integration configuration options
- Test and deliver production-level code in line with deadlines
Requirements
- A Computer Science degree
- Strong programming skills in C#
- Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Experience with GitHub collaboration, pull requests and code reviews
- Knowledge of basic frontend technologies – HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Ability to work with UK teams on a UK shift schedule (9am to 5pm UK Time)
