Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Karur

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to promote our products, including UPVC windows and doors, modular kitchens, and furniture, to potential clients and customers in the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote Products: Showcase our products to potential clients and customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
2. Identify New Opportunities: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.
3. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
4. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
5. Travel: Willingness to travel in and around the allotted region, meeting clients, and promoting our products.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
2. Interior Design Knowledge: Familiarity with interior design principles, including UPVC windows, doors, sheet metal, aluminium sheets, modular kitchens, and furniture.
3. Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
4. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
