We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) & Telecaller to join our team at ProMechanic Multibrand Two Wheeler Service Center.

 

Location: Singanallur, Coimbatore
Vacancy: 01
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Preference: Worked in 2-wheeler/4-wheeler service centers

 

What You’ll Do:

 

– Handle daily tickets and resolve them efficiently.
– Make calls for service reminders and follow-ups after service.
– Provide status updates to customers on request.
– Assisted in CRM-related tasks and collaborated with the team.
