Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CCTV and burglar alarm products and
services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or
concerns.
• Generate leads through telemarketing efforts and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and sales
initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on tele calling activities, customer feedback, and sales progress.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
