Job Description
Primary responsibilities
- Conducting counselling sessions with students
- Assessing students’ skills, interests and personalities
- Meeting with parents and teachers about students’ needs
- Creating academic and career development plans
- Directing students and families to helpful resources
- Guiding students through academic improvement
- Helping students to develop transferable skills
- Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about CoursesÂ
- Maintaining notes and student records
Requirements
- Education:Â higher secondary (12th pass)
- Experience:Â at least three years of counselling
- Languages:Â English-proficient
- Skills:Â written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentiality
