Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Draftsman with a strong background in mechanical engineering to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ●  Create and modify detailed mechanical drawings, schematics and assembly
    instructions using CAD software.
  • ●  Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and
    specifications.
  • ●  Interpret and implement engineering concepts and design modifications.
  • ●  Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies and safety
    regulations.
  • ●  Conduct reviews of drawings for accuracy, completeness and clarity.
  • ●  Assist in troubleshooting design issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • ●  Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, changes and project updates.
  • ●  Support the engineering team in various project phases, from conception to
    production.
  • ●  Support in production supervision and coordination.

Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Designing/ CADD
      certification/ related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in a mechanical engineering
      environment.
    • Proficiency in CAD software
    • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering
      terminology.
  • Ability to Create, understand and replicate P&ID drawings.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills. (English, Tamil, Hindi – preference)

  • 4. Drafting of piping layout
  • 5. Piping isometrics
  • 6. P&ID
  • 7. Equipment layout
