### **Job Summary:**
SAI RAM WATER SOLUTIONS is seeking a skilled **Field Service Technician** to install, maintain, and repair domestic and industrial water treatment systems, including RO plants, softeners, and filtration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in water purification technologies, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– **Installation & Commissioning:** Install and set up domestic and industrial water treatment systems, including RO plants, softeners, and iron removal systems.
– **Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair water purifiers, filtration units, and related equipment.
– **Customer Support:** Provide on-site technical support, educate customers on system usage, and ensure optimal performance.
– **Quality Control:** Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines during servicing and installation.
– **Inventory & Documentation:** Maintain records of service visits, report technical issues, and manage spare parts inventory.
– **Safety & Compliance:** Follow safety protocols, use proper tools, and adhere to water treatment regulations.
### **Qualifications & Skills:**
– Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).
– 1-3 years of experience in water treatment service or a similar field.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and travel to client locations.
– Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical connections, and water treatment processes.
– Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
