Job Title: Graphic Designer with Social Media Expertise

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InShot. This role will primarily focus on creating visually compelling social media content, particularly Instagram Reels, to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality social media graphics, including Instagram posts, stories, and Reels, to maintain brand consistency.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop and InShot to create visually appealing content, including photo editing and animation.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos for Instagram Reels, using Premiere Pro and InShot.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that align with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, particularly on Instagram, and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Optimize images and videos for Instagram and other platforms to ensure they meet best practices and specifications.
  • Ensure all designs meet the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InShot.
  • Solid understanding of Instagram’s features, best practices, and trends (particularly Reels).
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with other design tools like Canva, Illustrator, or After Effects.
  • Knowledge of social media metrics and how to adjust content to increase engagement.
