Job Description

  • Preparing authentic dishes: Creating and cooking authentic North Indian dishes that meet standards 
  • Maintaining quality: Ensuring the quality and consistency of the food’s taste and presentation 
  • Following traditional methods: Adhering to traditional cooking methods 
  • Maintaining hygiene: Maintaining good hygiene standards and enforcing strict health and hygiene standards 
  • Ensuring stock: Ensuring that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions 
  • Assisting with menu planning: Assisting with menu planning and costing 
  • Providing menu ideas: Providing innovative menu ideas 
  • Keeping up to date: Keeping up to date with new products and techniques
