Job Description
We are hiring hospitality manager supervises day-to-day activities, handles customer service issues, manages staff, and ensures the business runs efficiently. They work in settings like hotels, restaurants, or other hospitality venues, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1.Guest Service Management:
Ensure all guests have a positive experience by providing exceptional service.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and make improvements where necessary.
2.Staff Supervision:
Hire, train, and schedule staff members.
Oversee daily operations and ensure staff adheres to company standards.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment.
3.Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
4.Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability while controlling costs.
Monitor financial performance and create strategies for increasing revenue.
Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
5.Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business and brand visibility.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special events or offers.
6.Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that the establishment complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards to meet legal requirements.
7.Event Management:
Plan and coordinate special events, such as conferences, weddings, or banquets.
Work with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful event execution.
8.Problem Solving:
Address any operational issues or emergencies that arise, such as staffing shortages, equipment failures, or customer complaints.
