Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Counter Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills in Tamil, and a keen eye for revenue generation through commission-based incentives. ROLE Responsible for processing & packaging of Fish. Assure Quality of product and process as per the SOP & Quality management systems of the company. Timely execution of fish processing, packaging, and delivery.

Responsibility :-

Greet and assist customers at the retail counter in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Manage inventory, replenish stock, and ensure the retail counter is well-organized.

Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.

Maintain a clean and attractive sales environment.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.

Fluency in Tamil is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proven ability to generate revenue through commission-based sales. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Benefits
