🔧 Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of building upkeep, tenant satisfaction, and vendor performance.
🏢 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of property management, including lease administration, tenant relations, and asset enhancement.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and ongoing services.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and safety standards
- Develop and manage operating budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff.
- Handle building inspections and audits.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
📌 Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in property or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, statutory regulations, and service contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.
