Job Description

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or related field

Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation for outstation candidates

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

– Supervise construction activities at site
– Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
– Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders
– Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns
– Maintain site safety and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

– Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Proven experience in site supervision
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
