Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Walk-in Customers – Showcase our latest collections of kurtis, chudidars, and more to customers.
- Handle Inquiries & Convert Sales – Answer incoming customer calls and guide them toward making a purchase.
- WhatsApp Customer Handling – Respond professionally and promptly to customer messages.
- Team Collaboration – Work efficiently with the team to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience in sales (any field) is preferred.
✔ Passion for sales & customer service.
✔ Basic WhatsApp handling skills to reply to customers.
✔ Malayalam-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
✔ Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Work Details:
Location: Sri Kumaran Textiles
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
